Mission

Let's include and embrace diversity!

Logo Wellbeing for Everyone

At our non-profit organization, our overarching mission is to foster and nurture a society that values and celebrates both wellbeing and diversity. We are deeply committed to creating an inclusive environment where individuals affected by various forms of discrimination can find solace and a true sense of belonging.

To achieve this vision, we have developed a multifaceted approach that involves a wide range of initiatives. Our primary objective is to provide support and empowerment to those who have experienced discrimination, supporting them to grow from their experiences. We strive to foster support and solidarity within groups of people facing different types of discrimination, including but not limited to gender identity, gender expression, race, ethnicity, class, religious beliefs, sexual identity and sexual expression, or physical ability.

Through our diverse portfolio of social projects, workshops, and seminars, we aim to address the multifaceted aspects of wellbeing. We believe that the integration of art, music, and movement methods is crucial in our projects, as they offer unique avenues for self-expression and personal growth.

These initiatives are carefully designed to provide individuals with opportunities to explore their creativity, engage in meaningful interactions with others, and develop coping mechanisms to overcome the challenges they face due to discrimination. By incorporating these expressive mediums, we enable participants to tap into their emotions, express their experiences, and find their own paths towardsresilience and personal development.

We are proud to offer all of our events and workshops free of charge. We firmly believe that access to support and resources should not be hindered by financial limitations.

In essence, our organization serves as a supportive and nurturing community that offers a wide array of resources to individuals impacted by discrimination. We strive to create an environment where diversity is celebrated, and all individuals can thrive, ultimately contributing to a more equitable and harmonious society.

Empowerment hub:

50% of people living in Germany are victims of discrimination (study from iKK classic).

Have you ever experienced physiological stress and illness because of discrimination? You are not alone! At “Wellbeing for Everyone” we aim to create a safe, empowering meeting place for all. This will be a space to feel included and equitable, with the focus to be more self-confident and less affected of it.

What are our methods?
Creative art, music & movement approaches, which are implemented by professionals in our social projects.

Why?
We want to help you build up the mental resilience you might need for future encounters with discrimination.
Let’s make ourselves visible. Through our social projects, we want to use our stories of discrimination in our favor by raising awareness and making our experiences tangible.

Coming Project:

Intercultural education and awareness in the workplace.

Around forty percent of the refugees who moved to Germany in the last ten years are employed. However, long-term successful integration in the workplace is complex: Both the refugees and the host population lack the knowledge and skills to deal constructively with intercultural conflicts.

In this project, we aim to promote intercultural awareness, strengthen non-violent conflict management among all participants and train participants to become mentors and multipliers. Refugees, employers and other employees should develop the courage to constructively address and resolve issues in the workplace in a respectful manner. So that integration at the workplace can be shaped in a better way.
